We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Seasonal Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations during the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between departments and the F&B management team, communicating information about HR needs, local union information, event services requests, VIPs, and executive office updates.
- Write, research, and prepare reports, documents, menus, and letters as requested by the F&B management team.
- Organize outlet banquet event orders (BEOs) and adjust them as needed daily with changes, daily distributions, pop-ups, and revisions.
- Attend BEO meetings as a support to the F&B leadership team as requested and appropriate.
- Arrange monthly colleague meetings for Food and Beverage teams and prepare minutes for distribution to relevant departments.
- Assist with scheduling outlet weekly schedules by providing base information for F&B leadership in accordance with hotel policy.
- Assist in filling schedules with appropriate coverage due to sick calls, no-shows, additions, or deletions based on business volumes for outlets.
- Keep updated lists and organized colleague telephone numbers for outlets.
- Distribute paychecks, commuter checks, and general employee communication sent by HR, union, and executive office.
- Prepare reports to HR to assist in payroll consolidation and all HR forms, accident reports, vacation forms, and PTOs.
- Assist in creating, tracking, scheduling, and approving PTOs and vacations.
- Assist in month-end/year-end inventory for outlets.
- Maintain communication boards with up-to-date and relevant information for colleagues.
- Participate actively in hotel committees and community projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
