Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our standards of quality and safety are met. You will be the driving force behind our F&B team, leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily F&B operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Marriott's policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our F&B operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in F&B operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
