Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Department Manager to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Associate's degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
Our bowling center and arcade environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with high levels of noise and activity. As a Food and Beverage Department Manager, you will be required to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, stretching, and lifting of up to 100lbs.
