Seasonal Food Beverage Coordinator

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and organized Seasonal Food Beverage Coordinator to join our team for the holiday season. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between departments and the F&B management team, communicating information and coordinating efforts.
- Prepare reports, documents, and menus as requested by the F&B management team.
- Organize and adjust Outlet Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) daily, ensuring accurate and timely distributions.
- Attend BEO meetings and support the F&B Leadership Team as needed.
- Arrange monthly Colleague meetings for Food and Beverage teams, prepare minutes, and distribute to relevant departments.
- Assist with scheduling, providing base information for F&B Leadership and ensuring accurate coverage.
- Keep updated lists of Colleague telephone numbers and distribute paychecks, commuter checks, and employee communications.
- Prepare reports for Human Resources, assist with payroll consolidation, and maintain accurate records.
- Support Month-end and Year-end inventory for Outlets, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Order Outlet equipment through Birchstreet and report Engineering maintenance requests.
- Maintain Communication boards with up-to-date information for Colleagues.
- Participate in Hotel Committees and Community projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20lbs.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
