Administrative Support Assistant

Ripple Effect is seeking an Administrative Support Intern to join our team. As an Administrative Support Intern, you will provide administrative support to our Business Operations team, assisting with a range of projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Operations team, including data entry, file management, and record-keeping.
- Assist with greeting guests and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Support the team with tasks such as restocking supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating meetings.
- Enter data, upload files, and maintain records in web-based systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Provide daily ad-hoc support for various team projects, including coordinating tasks and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, brainstorming, and team activities.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making.
- Second-year undergraduate college student (2 years from graduation date)
- No professional experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to others
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
