Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
