About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EFCO Corp. as a Regional Account Manager for our Indiana territory. This is a technical sales position that offers an established client base within the heavy civil and commercial construction industry with market share growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the heavy civil and commercial construction industry.
  • Review contract drawings and conduct thorough interviews with clients to determine project needs and develop innovative solutions to customer forming requirements.
  • Develop and present Best Value Worksheets to validate the delivery of the lowest in-place concrete costs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates with clients.
  • Close orders and ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
  • Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Track record of success and advancement in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous successful sales experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Engineering degree is a plus, but not required.
