Job Title: Sales Representative - Midwest Region

Arlon Graphics, LLC is a leading manufacturer of cast vinyl products for the visual expression industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Midwest region.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, introducing new products, managing distribution channels, and achieving sales objectives in the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sign and graphics market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and distribution partners
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Working knowledge of CRM and web research
