We provide land surveying services throughout Connecticut and western Massachusetts on a wide variety of projects, including subdivisions, bridges, railroads, utilities, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and many others. This is a great opportunity for career development and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of land surveyors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant land surveying experience.
  • Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) required, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
  • GPS experience preferred.
  • AutoCAD or Microstation experience is required.

Compensation:

Estimated annual salary range: $79,000 - $94,000.

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials.
