We provide land surveying services throughout Connecticut and western Massachusetts on a wide variety of projects, including subdivisions, bridges, railroads, utilities, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and many others. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of land surveyors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant land surveying experience.
- Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) required, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
- GPS experience preferred.
- AutoCAD or Microstation experience is required.
Compensation:
Estimated annual salary range: $79,000 - $94,000.
Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials.
