Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Establish and communicate clear sales expectations, hold team members accountable for achieving sales targets, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Motivate and inspire team members to meet sales and productivity goals, develop a high-performance culture, and promote a shared vision.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Model and teach the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offer a cohesive omni-channel experience, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Talent Development: Support and implement training programs, develop store associates, and provide feedback to Store Manager for associate performance appraisals and evaluations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, verbal and written skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to learn or adapt to technology, knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Constant Walking/Standing: 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting: up to 50 lbs. - 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing: 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
