About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers and executing professional installation jobs. You will work closely with our Installation Manager to ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of installers on residential and commercial HVAC projects
  • Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to plan and execute installation projects
  • Train and mentor junior installers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
  • Active Driver's License
  • Tech Savvy - ability to use tablets and learn work-related software with ease
  • Verifiable experience in developing quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
  • Proven ability in installing, replacing, and servicing HVAC systems in new residential and commercial properties
  • Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays) or on-call shifts when needed
