Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive for Results: Establish clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and oversee operational activities such as opening and closing duties, merchandise flow processes, and sales performance.
- Build High Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire store team members, promote a shared vision, and model core values.
- Customer Experience: Model, teach, and promote exceptional customer service, build customer relationships, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Talent: Support and implement training programs, develop store associates, and drive associate engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Constant walking/standing
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent climbing
