Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone, voice calls, and digital channels

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of geography, fares, and tariffs
  • Work in a fast-paced call center environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English and/or Spanish language skills
  • Ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment
