Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Chris Giunta - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer insurance needs and provide recommendations for products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
