Job OverviewAre you a customer-focused individual with a passion for marketing and sales? Do you enjoy working with people and building strong relationships? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you as a State Farm Agent Team Member.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services. You will work closely with our State Farm agent to develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the State Farm agent to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
