Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Strategist to play a pivotal role in our finance organization. This position will be instrumental in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, embrace challenges, and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing and reporting on these figures.
2. Prepare comprehensive monthly analyses of business trends and budget variances for management review.
3. Summarize complex data into clear and concise financial reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
4. Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support optimal corporate decision-making aligned with operational and financial goals.
5. Facilitate monthly meetings with key stakeholders to verify forecast and budget accuracy.
6. Perform complex accounting and financial analyses, leveraging historical data and future trends.
7. Support the monthly financial close process through thorough reviews of GL Actuals and accruals.
8. Execute trending analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Assist in the development and implementation of essential reports, including maintaining Hyperion Planning reports for performance and variance analysis.
10. Manage and enhance depreciation reporting tools and trackers.
11. Aid in internal investment modeling, including IRR and ROI assessments.
12. Process Oracle iProc notifications, approving or declining requisitions as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and respond swiftly to requests.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles is advantageous.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion Planning software is ideal.
- Self-motivated with a capacity for independent thought and meeting deadlines.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Salary Range:
$87,524.00 to $116,699.00

Bonus Potential: 10%
