We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled **Lead Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis** to join our finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes
  • Manage and maintain our Enterprise Performance Management tool, ensuring seamless integration with our financial planning system
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support business objectives
Requirements
  • 15+ years of directly related professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading financial planning and analysis teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools, such as Oracle EPBCS
  • Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
