About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development and execution of our Core Services business. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Core Services Business Growth: Maintain and grow Core Services Annual Subscription Value (ASV).
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to uncover pain points and identify key opportunities to grow our Services footprint.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define the product roadmap and development priorities for our flagship Services products.
  • Services Product Line Growth: Grow our Services product line to take advantage of both technology and people to solve complex client problems.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with our head of Performance, Risk and Reporting Services to deliver a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Work with our middle office product teams to determine key enhancements that can drive the user experience.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate with leaders from Implementation and Operations teams to understand the resource impact of our Services and keep our margins within target.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years' experience in Product Management, preferably at a finance or enterprise technology company.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, with a focus on core product principles such as defining value proposition, hypothesis testing, and success measurement.
  • Expertise: Expert level proficiency with user research, problem/solution fit, and measuring value delivered back to users.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analytics: Strong quantitative and qualitative data analytics understanding, with the ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the workflows and requirements of institutional Buy-Side professionals.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing to audiences of various sizes and seniority.
