Position Overview: The role involves enhancing our Referral program by producing high-quality marketing collateral and implementing targeted campaigns aimed at attracting new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and website copy, specifically directed at potential referral partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to create visuals that resonate with campaign objectives and uphold brand messaging.
  • Design and execute email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and facilitate partner acquisition.
  • Oversee mass communication strategies utilizing platforms such as WhatsApp and online communities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to refine future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Referral team to grasp their objectives and formulate marketing strategies that align with their goals.
  • Ensure consistent communication with other marketing teams to maintain brand coherence across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing support or a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for Mekari's products and the mission of the Referral program.
