Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sr. Coordinator, Partner Marketing to provide vital administrative support to our Partner Marketing team. This role is essential for facilitating communication between internal departments and external agencies, ensuring the efficient execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining marketing materials, preparing data reports, managing meeting logistics, and supporting post-campaign analysis.

Essential Functions:

Administrative and Organizational Support:

  • Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documents.
  • Maintain an organized shared drive for easy access to marketing materials.
  • Monitor marketing projects within project management software.
  • Keep templates updated for external U.S. DMO partner meetings.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise between internal departments and external agencies to track partner communications and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for data management and CRM uploads.
  • Handle data entry and optimize the use of technology platforms.

Campaign Support:

  • Obtain and track partner program results on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the development of annual wrap-up sizzle reels for U.S. DMO partners, including data gathering and content coordination.

Data and Reporting:

  • Provide status updates and progress reports on pending deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in media, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail for data management and reporting.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Interest in marketing and willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • A quiet, dedicated remote workspace; must have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
  • Ability to frequently operate a computer and office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
  • May require more than forty (40) hours per week to fulfill essential duties.
