About the Role
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Success Professional to join our growing team in San Francisco. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals by utilizing Dealpath to its full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer success and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving platform issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of common platform questions and issues for customers from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner to help customers optimize Dealpath and meet their investment goals
- Develop deep product expertise and become a go-to resource for customers and teammates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation or added features
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior executives
- Empathy for customers and passion for helping them
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, plus up to $5,000 bonus.
