About the Role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Customer Success Professional to join our growing team in San Francisco. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals by utilizing Dealpath to its full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer success and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving platform issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of common platform questions and issues for customers from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner to help customers optimize Dealpath and meet their investment goals
  • Develop deep product expertise and become a go-to resource for customers and teammates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation or added features

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior executives
  • Empathy for customers and passion for helping them
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
