Role Summary:
We're seeking a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team at Swish Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expertise in Swish's products and services
- Manage day-to-day client inquiries via email, phone, and video conferencing
- Identify customer pain points and proactively offer solutions
- Communicate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B company
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Fluency in sports betting odds and terminology
Estimated Salary: $55-60,000 per year
