Role Summary:

We're seeking a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team at Swish Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in Swish's products and services
  • Manage day-to-day client inquiries via email, phone, and video conferencing
  • Identify customer pain points and proactively offer solutions
  • Communicate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Fluency in sports betting odds and terminology

Estimated Salary: $55-60,000 per year
