Behavioral Health Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. As an inpatient nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing effective care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
With a focus on providing high-quality patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your exceptional communication skills and empathy will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records, adhering to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- BLS certification prior to completion of orientation
- Act 31 training completion within 45 days of hire
