About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Director to lead our Cardiovascular Unit team at Penn State Health.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to the CVU team. This includes developing and implementing operational plans, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cardiovascular setting
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
