ICU Nurse Position with Penn State Health

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care, assessing health needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensure seamless transitions, and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- A current RN license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BLS certification required prior to completion of orientation.
- AHA ACLS certification must be obtained within the specified timeframe.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
