We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Stellar MLS. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential correspondence, expense reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for the COO
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executives
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
