Fisher Investments is experiencing rapid growth in its operations, both within the country and internationally, leading to an increasing demand for effective compensation strategies for our Sales teams.

Maintaining motivation for ongoing success is essential, and our Commissions Team plays a vital role in this effort.

The Role:

The Commissions Team is responsible for executing our compensation plans by utilizing data from key applications across the organization, performing intricate data calculations, and developing commission structures for all product lines and business units.

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be part of a team that is not only relied upon for precise outcomes but also collaborates with our sales and management teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses from start to finish, overseeing the entire workflow from data collection, calculations, and statements to payroll.
  • Translate written agreements with employees into applicable mathematical formulas for contract implementation.
  • Examine data outputs to detect and rectify financial discrepancies related to commission payments.
  • Develop accurate and scalable systems while considering efficiency and procedural integrity.
  • Conduct financial data analysis to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for process and reporting enhancements.
  • Ensure that the overarching objectives of the contracts are being met.
  • Audit transaction-level data for precision.
  • Prepare various monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with the Commissions team to automate and refine processes.

Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and data mining.
  • Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel (capable of performing complex functions) and Microsoft Access.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills with experience in auditing large datasets.
  • Experience in financial reporting.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 base salary per year. New hires should anticipate starting at the lower end of the range based on experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on both firm and individual performance.
