  • Ensure accurate payroll deductions for employee contributions, including insurance and garnishments.
  • Handle year-end processing tasks, including the preparation of W2 forms.
  • Maintain precise processing, reconciliation, and recordkeeping of payroll across various states.
  • Address and resolve escalated payroll issues and discrepancies.
  • Generate ad-hoc wage and management reports, including those related to workers' compensation.
  • Investigate discrepancies in payroll data promptly to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Conduct analyses, create reports, and support special projects as needed.
  • Audit workflows and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance, while identifying opportunities to enhance automated processes and reduce manual interventions.
