Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's mission and values
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all hospital positions, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement
- Manage and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and optimize HR processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders
