Business Development Representative

CertaPro Painters of Plainfield, IL is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing commercial client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Proven sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
