Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in and promote safe work behaviors in accordance with all Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC safety guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop new business opportunities in a designated geographic area
  • Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
  • Service existing customers by delivering new antifreeze, recycled antifreeze, and collecting used antifreeze
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts
  • Assess potential customer needs, present Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC products and services, and develop new customers
  • Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments
  • Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, and all truck equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Route sales experience
Education and Certifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License
