As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and performing maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Perform maintenance and repair services on IT equipment
  • Install and configure new IT equipment and software
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of IT equipment and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of IT equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Experience with IT service management software
