Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc. (TFSI) is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring their performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot application issues and manage user access
  • Perform system upgrades and work closely with developers to suggest improvements
  • Monitor supported applications to ensure their performance and usability
  • Document controls, assessments, and communicate technical and regulatory issues with a diverse audience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least four (4) years' experience in cybersecurity specialist field
  • Strong knowledge of IT security, risk, and compliance concepts, processes, and ability to execute existing patterns
  • Highly proficient in IT security, risk, and compliance concepts, processes, and able to execute existing patterns
  • Ability to assess technology and processes to determine risks, regulatory impacts, and relationships with corresponding controls, gaps, and applicable testing strategies

Additional Qualifying Factors:

Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references, and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TFSI are required.

Salary: $140,000.00+/annually
