Sales Enablement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales team at Cummins Inc. in Shoreview, MN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor translations of existing and new training content.
  • Work with the Content Localization Center (CLC) to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded.
  • Support independent distributors with access to modules on the CLC platform.
  • Administer content on the Connect site for the Customer Support Unit (CSU) site.
  • Compile and summarize data from training evaluations and surveys.
  • Create purchase orders for the Enablement team.
  • Perform basic updates to e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with a Sales Training Developer to format and enter content into eLearning programs.

Requirements

  • Optimize work processes to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects effectively, balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Adapt communication to target audiences, explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Integrate customer perspectives to develop sales content that meets customer needs and increases revenue.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of college education or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a sales organization and coordinating multiple projects preferred.
  • Spanish language skills advantageous.

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience.
