Sales Enablement Professional

At Cummins Inc., we are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team specializing in Sales for Cummins, Inc. in Shoreview, MN.
We are looking for a talented individual who will make a significant impact in our organization by coordinating vendor translations of existing and new training, working with our Customer Learning Center (CLC) to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded, and supporting independent distributors with access to modules on CLC.
This role will also be responsible for Connect site content administration for our Customer Support Unit (CSU) site and tabulating and compiling data from training evaluations and other surveys.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to optimize work processes, manage projects, adapt to target audiences, and integrate customer perspectives to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of college or university education or equivalent industry experience, as well as demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with attention to detail.
Experience in a sales organization and coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs is preferred, and Spanish language skills are advantageous.
The estimated salary for this role is between $65,600 and $98,400 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates vendor translations of existing and new training.
- Works with CLC to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded.
- Supports independent distributors with access to modules on CLC.
- Responsible for Connect site content administration for CSU site.
- Tabulates and compiles/summarizes data from training evaluations and/or other surveys.
- Creates Purchase Orders for the Enablement team.
- Performs basic updates to e-learning modules.
- Works with a Sales Training Developer, assists in the formatting/entry of content into eLearning programs.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years college or university education or equivalent industry experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail, required.
- Experience in a sales organization preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs preferred.
- Spanish Language skills advantageous.
Compensation:
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Minimum Salary: $65,600
Maximum Salary: $98,400
