Job Summary

BKV Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to the Chief Technical Resources Officer (CTRO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project coordination, and executive support.

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, streamlining operations, and ensuring the successful execution of high-priority projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the CTRO, including preparing for board and committee meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Work closely with executives, management, and administrative staff to foster transparency, accountability, and alignment across the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Drive ownership and coordination of key projects, ensuring processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with BKV's broader goals.
  • Support the CTRO on a wide range of responsibilities, including managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, overseeing reporting activities, conducting targeted analysis, and handling ad hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships at executive, board, and organizational levels.
  • Agile strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize multiple goals and deadlines while building and adapting in real-time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • This position is located in Denver, CO at BKV Headquarters, with remote work options available.
  • Some travel, up to 25%, may be required.
Salary Range
  • $107,000 to $198,000, with a 30% stipend.
