  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer to formulate IT budgets.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and system objectives.
  • Establish and enforce policies for cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assess and recommend innovative technologies to support the Firm's growth and enhance client service delivery.
  • Oversee the training and development of the IT team.
  • Create educational resources and conduct training sessions on Firm systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support to attorneys and staff.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements through workshops, publications, and professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor IT professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to articulate vision and value to stakeholders.

  • Background in a law firm setting, managing technology across multiple locations.
