Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the operations of the Orthopedic Trauma Division
  • Lead and coordinate research efforts across the department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and surgical techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management and optimal outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior surgeons and medical staff
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in medicine (MD) or equivalent
  • Board certification in orthopedic surgery
  • At least 5 years of experience in trauma surgery and leadership
  • Strong research background and experience in securing research grants
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
