Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will oversee the daily operations of nursing within the hospital. You will be accountable for guiding clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered consistently, 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accountability for nursing care across all areas of the hospital.
  • Engage actively with the Community Board, Senior Leadership, Medical Staff, and hospital leaders to align on leadership expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that prioritizes collective success over individual interests.
  • Promote transparency in operations, celebrating achievements and learning from challenges.
  • Act as a catalyst for change within the health system, demonstrating bold leadership and urgency in advancing industry standards.
  • Maintain personal and professional accountability to the community, staff, physicians, and stakeholders for the performance of the nursing team.

Qualifications:
To embody our values of compassion and excellence, candidates should possess the following:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (or a related field with a BSN), required.
  • Doctorate Degree, preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive clinical leadership experience in nursing, required.
  • Experience as a Chief Nursing Officer, preferred.
  • Active RN license in the relevant states, required.
  • Nurse Executive Certification, to be obtained within one year of hire or transfer.

Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves sedentary work, with the ability to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $157,320 - $204,495 annually.
