We are seeking an experienced and skilled Veterinary Leader to join our team as an Area Chief of Staff. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the success of our veterinary hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Associate Veterinarians: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to associate veterinarians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Drive Quality and Safety: Champion a culture of quality and safety within the hospital, ensuring that all team members are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Hospital Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including medical equipment inventory, maintenance, and calibration.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
  • 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
