Senior Client Success Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Specialist to join Software Guidance and Assistance, Inc. as a key member of our team serving a premier Financial Services client in San Francisco.

About the Position:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive business results.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform customer success initiatives and measure ROI.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise and provide valuable insights.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customer success plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
Job Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through customer success initiatives.
  • Expert-level communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform customer success decisions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based software solutions and technical infrastructure.
Compensation Package:

$130,000 - $160,000 per year
