We're looking for a skilled Client Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our rapid growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a significant impact on client satisfaction and product adoption.

  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tailored pitch decks and product demos to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation: Partner with clients to streamline onboarding, offering comprehensive product education and support.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Client Insights & Collaboration: Collect client feedback to inform product enhancements and represent their voice in internal discussions.
  • Success Metrics & Reporting: Establish, track, and report on client health and success metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client operations or a related field.
  • A history of creating effective client briefs, pitch decks, product demos, and resources.
  • Excellent skills in guiding non-technical clients through software onboarding and ensuring their long-term success.
  • The ability to act on client feedback, driving product improvements.
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on client success metrics.
  • An aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
