Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Website Ownership: Responsible for website strategy and conversion performance.
  • SEO and Paid Media Ownership: Responsible for paid media performance, SEO performance, and optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B and education technology sectors.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
