Weichert, Realtors is seeking a Title Closing Advisor I to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our client outreach and advocating for our title insurance offerings.
The Title Closing Advisor I will be responsible for:
- Acquiring title insurance orders from diverse clientele, including real estate agents, legal professionals, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, investors, and property buyers through collaborative and independent efforts.
- Overseeing title sales operations, ensuring a smooth transition from order initiation to final closing.
- Collaborating with designated Weichert partners, engaging in regular team meetings and events to foster strong relationships that lead to new business ventures.
- Promoting title services to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, while diligently tracking personal performance to ensure goals are achieved.
- Developing effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales initiatives, ensuring clear communication with clients and aligning service goals with the operations team.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships through proactive sales activities, including networking, event coordination, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Delivering informative presentations during sales meetings and to prospective clients.
- Partnering with the Operations Team to cultivate trusted relationships and reach defined sales objectives, providing essential support for communication with all stakeholders.
- Adhering to all established workflows and utilizing company systems and tools effectively.
- Participating in scheduled meetings as directed by management.
- Executing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Title Insurance License or willingness to obtain is mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required.
- Prior experience in the title or residential real estate sector is highly desirable.
- A portfolio of existing business relationships is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with a proven ability to convert leads into clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of title insurance principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to conduct presentations and engage in one-on-one discussions.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.).
