About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Stryker. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your sales skills and knowledge of the medical industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow your territory.
  • Communicate with Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customer accounts, communicating product updates, changes to our product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, learn and hone selling skills and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • Travel: 40% travel required
