About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide product information
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
