About the Role

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Joint Replacement Sales Associate to join our team. As a Joint Replacement Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by working with existing customers as well as identifying new customers to grow their territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Joint Replacement sales and expand territory
  • Communicate with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
  • Collaborate with Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers to learn and hone selling skills and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
  • 4+ years of active duty military service
