About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by working with existing customers as well as identifying new customers to grow their territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Joint Replacement market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Stryker products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new customers and expand market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Travel Requirements

This role requires frequent travel, with a minimum of 40% of time spent on the road. You will be required to travel to customer sites, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
