Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Guest Services Attendant at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our pool facilities, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm welcomes, anticipatory service, and fond farewells to resort guests, ensuring an exemplary experience.
  • Monitor the pool deck for safety, cleanliness, and guest needs, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean environment.
  • Empty towel bins, restock towels and supplies, and ensure pools areas are free of debris and trash, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Enforce guest-related pool policies and standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
  • Assist in monitoring lines at the slides and provide support to fellow associates as needed, promoting a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure umbrellas, restrooms, and trash receptacles throughout the designated pool areas are clean, sanitary, and in presentable condition, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Report facility issues promptly to immediate supervisor or manager, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to guest experience.
  • Follow safety procedures, including reporting of unsafe conditions or work practices to immediate supervisor or manager, and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist guests and members with any request or know where to direct them, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work safely and follow all Omni Safety and Loss Prevention standards, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements:
  • High energy with a service mindset and a Can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays.
