Position Overview:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing the check-in and check-out processes for guests and owners at the resort, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls, offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors to maintain a collaborative environment.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
  • Gather and verify guest information, assign accommodations, and manage key distribution.

Additional Duties:

Occasionally assist guests with luggage, including transporting items to and from rooms.

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an engaging team player with excellent communication skills, capable of multitasking and delivering exceptional service to both guests and colleagues.

Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality sector is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a hospitality setting.
  • Professional telephone etiquette is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs.
